Data in rotated grid coordinates

Glad to see this message.

I now see this interesting email and I will post my GrADS solution in
one hour.
One point that I am not sure from Nina is the forward code (if that is
accurate and no redundancy).

The lat/lon lines are curved and make nice pattern as I recall of the
last week's effort.
