[gradsusr] Trouble with lats4d.sh

Hi All,

I am running into an issue using the lats4d.sh script. When I run the 
following command: 
/discover/nobackup/projects/gmao/share/dasilva/opengrads/Contents/lats4d.sh 
-i c360_GEOS-CF.tavg1_2d_chm_Nx.2017 -o 
c360_GEOS-CF.tavg1_2d_chm_Nx.10_2017 -time 00:30Z01OCT2017 
23:30Z31OCT2017  -vars pm25_rh35_gcc -levs 0 the script creates an empty 
c360_GEOS-CF.tavg1_2d_chm_Nx.10_2017.nc file with zero values for 
pm25_rh35_gcc. Here is the information I have in my .ctl file
