[gradsusr] GrADs plotting from .csv file

[Saunders, Emily (GSFC-610.0)[SCIENCE SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS INC]]

To whom it may concern,

I wanted to know if GrADs is able to create a plot using data from a 
.csv file. I want to make a time series plot using model data and 
information from a spreadsheet in a .csv file. Thank you for your help 
in advance.
