[gradsusr] Rossby wave by using observed data set

Hi Shujata
 Firstly thanks for your response. I really want to learn how i can plot
rossby wave by using observe data set. If you have done this before then
please guide me. I have use ncl for some task, so i have little bit know
how about ncl.
