[gradsusr] Rossby wave by using observed data set

HI Salman,

I'm not sure what you mean here.  If you just want to plot the wave, do 
a longitude/time plot along some latitude.  Westward propagation 
(assuming long Rossby waves) will appear as sloping contours.  Check out
