[gradsusr] How to compute percentile in grads?

Dear GrADS users,
I would like to compute 99 percentile of dry days' temperatures for a
period over a domain at each grid.

I can't find any document in grads nor able to imagine where to start. Can
anybody please share any script or help me how to compute it?
