[gradsusr] ctl file for CALIPSO L2 file

Hi Grads-users,
Does anyone know, how to create a control file for CALIPSO level 2 datasets? These are hdf files of orbital datasets, open nicely in python.
(CAL_LID_L2_05kmAPro-Prov-V3-02.2012-06-12T20-42-02ZN.hdf)It throws following errors while opening in GrADS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ga-> sdfopen CAL_LID_L2_05kmAPro-Prov-V3-02.2012-06-12T20-42-02ZN.hdfScanning self-describing file: ?CAL_LID_L2_05kmAPro-Prov-V3-02.2012-06-12T20-42-02ZN.hdfgadsdf: SDF file has no discernable X coordinate.?
