[gradsusr] Running WRF output in Grads

Zilore,

I had a similar problem with ARWpost.

How did you install netcdf?  I found I had to install it from source 
(version 4.1.3), and used that for compiling WRF and WPS, but then had 
to install using "sudo apt-get install" (installed libnetcdf-dev, 
libnetcdff-dev, and netcdf-bin), and use that for compiling ARWpost.

There are also some tweaks I needed to make for ARWpost.  I'm attaching 
a word document that shows all the steps I used to install in an Oracle 
virtual machine.  You can skip many of the steps, and just do those that 
pertain to netcdf installation, and then ARWpost.  Another wrf user, 
claudiomet, gave me the tweaks to ARWpost.
