[gradsusr] Grads Error to read ARWpost

It looks like your build of GrADS is dynamically linked with an old netcdf library that doesn’t have nc_get_chunk_cache. That warning on startup to ‘consider re-linking’ is also strange. Try upgrading to one of the newer builds from COLA. http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/downloads.php.
