[gradsusr] Grads Error to read ARWpost

Warm Greetings

I am working on WRF 8.1 version model. I have completed the installation
and I have tested the model also. I got the ctl and dat file from ARWpost.
Whenever I will try to use grads to open the ctl file I getting the
following error message. While searching I found that you also got the same
problem. I hope that you might have solved the problem. Could you help me
solve the following error message
