[gradsusr] Grads Error to read ARWpost

[vijaybaskar energy]

Hi

when I try to open the grads, I am getting the following message in my
terminal

grads: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

how to solve this error
