[gradsusr] How to use NEXRAD hourly precipitation data?

Stage IV data are in GRIB format. You can order them here:
http://data.eol.ucar.edu/codiac/dss/id=21.093

By NEXRAD III, do you mean Level-3 data? If so, you can use the Weather and
Climate Toolkit for free from NCDC to process the data files into netCDF
format. Grads can handle both GRIB and netCDF data.
