[gradsusr] How to use NEXRAD hourly precipitation data?

Bimal,

I used Level II NEXRAD data and converted it to netcdf when I was trying to
get radar data into GrADS.  I don't think you can convert Level III data
(at least not as easily/straightforward as you would be able to with Level
II data).
