[gradsusr] How to use NEXRAD hourly precipitation data?

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your response. I am supposed to work on NEXRAD III precipitation
data. If stage IV has high quality I would like to use that. Both of them
are on same format? Can I open them using GrADS? if you have used before
please let me know how can I open using grads.
