[gradsusr] INPUT FILE DOESNOT EXIST - GXPS COMMAND

DEAR TEAM,

I wanted to convert meta-file into a jpg file.
I have attached the meta-file, and I am using the following command for execution

!gxps -cd -i F:\heat2013new.meta -o  F:\heat.ps

The error is "Input File doesn't exist"
Can someone help me out with this error please?
