[gradsusr] Coordinates of pole for polar stereographic GRIB

Joey,

  Try changing the orientation angle to 0 or 360 and see if that helps.
Grib2ctl/g2ctl uses adds a 180 degrees to the orientation angle in order
to get NCEP southern polar stereographic files to plot.  Files from
other centers may be different.
