[gradsusr] Coordinates of pole for polar stereographic GRIB

I am having trouble determining the ipole and jpole parameters for PDEF in the description file for a southern polar stereographic preprojected GRIB file. I've tried several calculations that have failed, placing what should be a grid over New Zealand over Europe instead. Below is what is returned with the wgrib utility. Any help in how to find the ipole and jpole coordinates would be much appreciated.
