[gradsusr] Merge land cover field with an other grib file

Hi GrADS users ,

I have land cover field in 1 dimension time and forecast swell in 16 time
dimension.
i want to merge the two file in one.
i use : cat land_file swell_file >all_file
./grib2ctl.pl -verf all_file>all.ctl
gribmap -i all.ctl

the land cover is ploted correctely, but swell not and i have this message
:
Cannot contour grid - all undefined values.

Please find attached files that i want to merge into one file.
