[gradsusr] how to plot several stations in two categories

Dear all users

I assume that I have 5 stations with 2 categories are *below* and *above*
           below              above
st1        30                    70
st2        40                    60
st3        60                    40
st4        55                    45
st5        35                    65
My question is that if above is greater than below, we plot above, in
contrast is to plot below or normal as picture in attached file
Anyone could comment me please?
