[gradsusr] how to display lat-lon labels on 4-sides of a plot's frame?

Hi,

How can I set lat-lon labels on 4-sides of the plot's frame? I mean, I
would like to add lat-lon labels on top, down, left, and right sides of the
frame.

Any suggestion?
