[gradsusr] How to read CMORPH data

Dear Marwan,

     The README file at
ftp://ftp.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/precip/global_CMORPH/README.cmorph.8km_30minute
contains a sample FORTRAN program that will read the data and perform a
simple spatial aggregation. Unfortunately, I am not familiar enough
with Matlab to be of any help translating the FORTRAN code into
something Matlab can use. Even if you're not familiar with FORTRAN, the
first part of this README file does a good job of describing the file
contents.

     Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Bob
