      contains a sample FORTRAN program that will read the data and
      perform a simple spatial aggregation.&nbsp; Unfortunately, I am not
      familiar enough with Matlab to be of any help translating the
      FORTRAN code into something Matlab can use.&nbsp; Even if you're not
      familiar with FORTRAN, the first part of this README file does a
      good job of describing the file contents.<br>
