[gradsusr] g2ctl and gribmap errors

Swati,

For problem 1.

   g2ctl make the ctl file for a grib2 file.  However, you need to use
GrADS v2 to
make the index file and display the grib2 files.  That is why gribmap is
complaining
about an undefined data type.

For problem 2.

   I don't know why grib2ctl gives a syntax error; grib2ctl works for me.
