[gradsusr] g2ctl and gribmap errors

For problem 1. 

g2ctl make the ctl file for a grib2 file. However, you need to use GrADS v2 to 
make the index file and display the grib2 files. That is why gribmap is complaining 
about an undefined data type. 

For problem 2. 

I don't know why grib2ctl gives a syntax error; grib2ctl works for me. Lucky 
I guess.

Problem 2: 
I have a grib file

Kindly let me know where I can get the right script to convert to ctl and then gribmap. 

I downloaded grib2ctl.pl from CPC website but this gives syntax error. 
I also tried with some other sites and used the grib2ctl.pl could not run them, they all give mismatch parenthesis errors.
