[gradsusr] Curious why UGRDprs does not display properly inGrADS -data from new MSC CMC regional model

Lewis,

   Your ctl file was created by g2ctl version 0.0.4n 6/2009.   The next
version of g2ctl
fixed the problem with the polar stereographic.  I made a minor change to
g2ctl 5 minutes ago
so that that the longitudes can wrap around.   Never encountered that
problem because our
common polar stereographic grids don't include the north pole.
