[gradsusr] missing data in ARWpost outputs of low pressure levels

I'm sorry, I should have said the extrapolate option.

Your namelist.ARWpost file looks strange.  Why do you have so many entries
after the slashes for each category?  ARWpost may not be reading those
options.  I would eliminate double entries and see if that gets you what
you want.
