I'm sorry, I should have said the extrapolate option.<br><br>Your namelist.ARWpost file looks strange. Why do you have so many entries after the slashes for each category? ARWpost may not be reading those options. I would eliminate double entries and see if that gets you what you want.<br>

Unless you tell ARWpost to interpolate down to 1000 mb (using option interpolate = .true. in the namelist), any field that is below the surface will appear as missing data. At 950 and 900 hPa there are areas that are below the surface, but farther up, at 850 and above, that won't be the case.<br>

I run WRFV3.3.1 and post-process my output files with ARWpost. Using the grads to make some plots in 950 hPa and 900 hPa, I realized that there are lots of missing data in the map for all variables. From 850 hPa, seems to be ok.<br>
In attach is a sample of the namelist.ARWpost and of the .ctl file.<br>
Any help would be fine.<span><font color="#888888"><br>
