[gradsusr] trouble compiling gadap-2.0

Hello, Sergey,

Problem solved with one shot thanks to your hint to use the opengrads 
supplementary libararies which are
officially supported. I just downloaded 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/opengrads/files/supplibs/2.2.1/supplibs-2.2.1.tar.gz/download
ran the build and then configured GrADS to use the local build directory 
for all its needed libraries.
Now it is all up and running with all the functionality enabled.
