[gradsusr] install grads

Hi,

I use grads-1.9b4, but i would like to install grads-2.0.a9 on the same
computer, I download from http://iges.org/grads/downloads.htmland
uncompress and unpack the tar file, but when I want to run grads, i
have
this message:
