[gradsusr] problem sdfopen uwnd.mon.mean.nc

What version of GrADS are you using? Can you send the output from 'q  
config' and specifics of of your operating system? It would appear  
that your GrADS executable is linked with udunits-2, a newer version  
of that library that hasn't been vetted for GrADS.
