[gradsusr] problem sdfopen uwnd.mon.mean.nc

First of all, I am a beginner in grads and I have a problem in reading NCEP 
Reanalysis data in Grads.
I write the command : sdfopen uwnd.mon.mean.nc

and after that  this below text is appear:
