[gradsusr] Skip stations when plotting station data

Joralf,
Here's one way you could try to reduce or eliminate overlap of numbers:
-Use 'set digsiz...' and 'set dignum...' to reduce or shorten the numbers
  E.g.,
      'set digsiz 0.1'
      'set dignum 1'
      'd mydata'

If you are creating the station map files yourself, you could simply
eliminate the "offending" stations from your input dataset.  Perhaps another
User has a better way to thin the display.
