[gradsusr] set fixed altitude (Jeffrey Duda)

Hi Jeffrey,

 

I have been working with zinterp.gs an interpolation script ... I was
wanting to find out some clarification on 

the arguments for the script ... This interpolates the data based on
vertical height.
