[gradsusr] .ctl with live data

Hello,

 

I have just installed our new server with Linux Ubuntu and now I want to run
Grads on a correct way (I have used it before without .ctl files)

So could someone help me to start with a .ctl file.

 

I use the following data what I opening with my old system with: sdfopen
http://..(url)

 

http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods/gfs_hd

 

So I think I should be setup some cron that download the data file every run
but now I only need to know how to use that data files with .ctl files!
