[gradsusr] downloading NCEP/NCAR data

Dear Users,

I have to download geopotential height (hgtprs) data for 1000 mb level from
http://nomad3.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods/reanalyses/reanalysis-1/6hr/pgb/pgb.info
server
(obviously, NCEP/NCAR database). I'm using GrADS 2.0.a9, but I'm not skilled
user and hence I need your help. Namely, I need global geopotential data for
the period 1961-1990.

Please, can someone help me to write a command for downloading of the subest
of data and to save it on my hard-disc?
