[gradsusr] Plotting Station dtaa and Gridding

You must change your tdef from
     tdef 1 linear 12z18jan1980 00hr
to
    tdef 1 linear 12z18jan1980 1hr

The time increment cannot be 00hr, it must be greater than zero. The  
'1hr' I wrote is just a suggestion -- it could also be 12hr, 1dy, etc.  
It depends on your own particular data.
