[gradsusr] Plotting Station dtaa and Gridding

hi geeta
you should go to the directory that grads external utilities are there and
then
open stnmap utility and open your .ctl file in the command line  of
stnmap,it creat a rain.map file , then if you open .ctl file in grads,your
rain data can be display in gards.
