Hai reza,

  for using eof.gs, you have to install eof properly in your grads. It can
be downloaded from

http://www.atmos.ucla.edu/~munnich/Grads/EOF/<http://www.atmos.ucla.edu/%7Emunnich/Grads/EOF/>

and instructions are also given in the site. If you have any problem in
installing it, search in grads archives. We have put a detailed script on
installing eof in grads.

if you have already installed eof in your system, after opening the file,
set time, lat , lon etc and then give command eof<space>variablename.

this will create some data and ctl files in the current folder. Then you can
use grads for analysing that files
