<br>Hai reza,<br><br> for using <a href="http://eof.gs">eof.gs</a>, you have to install eof properly in your grads. It can be downloaded from <br><br><a href="http://www.atmos.ucla.edu/%7Emunnich/Grads/EOF/">http://www.atmos.ucla.edu/~munnich/Grads/EOF/</a><br>
<br>and instructions are also given in the site. If you have any problem in installing it, search in grads archives. We have put a detailed script on installing eof in grads.<br><br>if you have already installed eof in your system, after opening the file, set time, lat , lon etc and then give command eof<space>variablename.<br>
