[gradsusr] wrfout files like a input file WRF

Hello:

I was wondering if it is possible to use the wrfout files like a new input
file to the WRF model. Does anyone know it?
I want to do it to do a downscaling in two steps: in the first step the
domain would be bigger than in the second. Hence the computational time
would be smaller in the second downscaling.
