[gradsusr] problem in configure of grads-1.9b4 with NETCDF and HDF5

Hi,

I am trieng to configure grads with netcdf and hdf5 but facing problem
during the configuration of grads-1.9b4.. This is displaying gardsnc and
gradshdf disabled.

My machine details is as below..

1. IBM Power6 with AIX5.3

to configure i given the command:

 ./configure --prefix=/gpfs1/home/lochan/TEST/GRADS/GRADS_IBM/grads-1.9b4
--with-nc --with-hdf
