[gradsusr] problem in configure of grads-1.9b4 with NETCDF and HDF5

Look at the lines "checking" and the word "no". You are missing some libraries.

I've never used version 1.9; however, my recommendation would be to use the most recent SUPPLIBS and GrADS 2.x source code for building your version on the IBM.

The IBM compiler on the Power6 is a combination of 32 and 64 bit libraries; so, I's suggest setting CC to gcc if it is available.

I am trieng to configure grads with netcdf and hdf5 but facing problem during the configuration of grads-1.9b4.. This is displaying gardsnc and gradshdf disabled.

My machine details is as below..

1. IBM Power6 with AIX5.3

to configure i given the command:

 ./configure --prefix=/gpfs1/home/lochan/TEST/GRADS/GRADS_IBM/grads-1.9b4 --with-nc --with-hdf
