Plotting values between counter levels

As per your suggestion it will only display the values between two contour level 180 - 200.

Actually, I want something else.

First,I want to mask all the values below 180 and above 200. Then multiply it (values in between 180-200) by some constant factor (eg. say 22) and then display the final result.
