All,

Daniel da Silva has contributed a nice form to create Recipes for the
Cookbooks:

       http://cookbooks.opengrads.org/index.php?title=NewRecipe

This greatly simplifies the process of starting new recipes. Give it a
try.

  Enjoy,

     Arlindo
