Unstable (?) GrADS v1.9.0-rc1

It is hard to tell, it will need some investigation. It is certainly not by
design. A couple of questions:

1) Is this problem reproducible? Meaning, does it happen every single time
after you reboot windows and start GrADS?

2) Any chance that you could be having hard disk problems? Have you ran
chkdsk lately?
