gribmap on Windows XP

Dear Michael,

In MS-DOS command prompt, directory win32e where you
have gribmap and ctl file for GRIB data
(filename.ctl)and the GRIB data file itself let's try
:

gribmap -v -i filename.ctl

Hope that it will work and you will have filename.idx
in this directory (win32e)
