gribmap error using GFS Model

Hi

Since fiew weeks, i have a problems with gribmap v 1.4 for Grads Version
1.8SL11.

I got this message error

GRIB header not found in scanning between records
->*p p<-
GRIB file format error
rc = 52

any cue on how to fix that?
