Wgrib2 for FreeBSD available

Dear FreeBSDers,

I just post the binaries for FreBSD 6.3 here:

    http://opengrads.org/pre-rel/FreeBSD/wgrib2

These were build off supplibs-2.0.1. I'll be posting the actual sources
shortly. I made no changes to NCEP sources, just replaced the makefile.

  Let me know if it works.
