nomad 1 file download

[dan.swank]

The FTP service on nomad1 does not appear to be functioning correctly.
I don't know why.

Just use
wget
http://nomad1.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/gfs_master/gfs20080211/gfs.t00z.master.grbf03
(sub. in the date/time)
It will accomplish the same.
