GrADS 2.0.a1

All,

   After some queries about the next g2ctl/wgrib2, I just put them on
the web.
For this version, you need to upgrade both programs.  Not everything works
with 2.0.a1.  For example I couldn't get ecwmf thinned gaussian grids to
work.
